We've taken care to create a peaceful, comfortable retreat for guests. There is a separate hallway and small kitchen area fully equipped with ample counter space. The unit is attached to our house, but is self-contained with a separate entrance. However, you may hear (minimal) noise from our side of the house. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. Enjoy a clean, comfortable stay in our 320 square feet cozy guest unit. Newly renovated in and out, private front deck, free and easy parking at front yard curbside. Full kitchen including cookware and refrigerator, microwave, stove, fresh coffee beans and burr grinders for pour over. Full bath, iron, hair dryer and essential supplies are provided at house. Dedicated working desk, 55inch TV and a sofa for your entertaining in living room, or walk for a Peninsula view.

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.
