The Villa is located at the front of and separate to the primary residence. The Loft/Guest Suite

We are central, walking distance to all local restaurants, pubs, Surf & snorkel hire, tackle shop & car hire. The Loft is fully self-contained, with its own access, separate from the rest of our home, which is abit different being an industrial shed conversion. We are walking distance to our town centre & local beach. We hope you enjoy relaxing here after a your days of exploring Exmouth . Our property is located behind a local tour business & parking is safe right at the entrance to the Loft.

Built in 2023 and nestled on the second floor of our two story house, "Coastal Home" is a private space featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 an ensuite) & ample space for relaxation. Outdoor hot shower and a large grassed lawn. Spacious balcony with Exmouth Gulf views to enjoy breathtaking sunsets & sunrises. Treat yourself to Ningaloo's luxurious Poolside Villa. This beautiful space is the perfect get away for a couple looking to enjoy everything Ningaloo has to offer. It has a King Bed with walk-in robe, en-suite and breakfast bar. The air conditioned Villa is located on a 10,000m2 property situated just 800m from McCleod's Beach and 4km from the town. The Villa has its own driveway and private entrance and is separated from the primary residence by the pool area (common use space).

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish home. We've recently renovated a large portion of the home, with updated living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and backyard. Our home is located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes from the beach and town, featuring an open plan living and kitchen, flooded by light in the mornings and evenings. Outside you'll find plenty of parking, a large BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, soft grass, and loads of fruit trees!
