Ferguson Valley Retreat

The property is tucked away in a private and peaceful area of Ferguson Valley. A spacious two storey home situated on 10 acres, enjoys an absolutely stunning position adjacent to Crooked Brook Forest and working farms. The friendly resident kangaroos and other Australian wildlife are regularly seen grazing and drinking from the property's dam. With both Crooked Brook and Joshua Creek running through the property it offers magnificent rural views from every room making it a perfect holiday home.

A peaceful Ferguson Valley getaway

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at our secluded cabin in the valley. Wake up to kangaroos hopping across the paddock out the windows, watch the sunset over the ocean and lights of Bunbury, go to sleep to the sounds of frogs around the dam, and spend the days exploring all of the amazing places the Ferguson Valley has to offer! We are close to many wineries, breweries and scenic views of the valley. Just a short cycle or drive to mountain bike trails stretching from Pile road to Collie.

Eaton Retreat

Eaton Retreat is easy to get to. It is just off the Forrest Highway. Under two hours from Perth and only just over an hour from Margaret River. It is close to everything in the Greater Bunbury region, and you have everything you need at your fingertips. It is walking distance to great food and retail outlets, including Kmart, Coles and Woolworths, open daily until late. Easy access to wineries, breweries, sporting, and recreational facilities. Great for couples and business travellers.

You are invited to bring friends and family to this lovely, relaxing place with lots of room for fun. Located close to beaches, estuary, Eaton Fair, taverns, parks and restaurants. The home is fully self contained, featuring a fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, 2 lounge areas with large screen TV's, Irish bar, Table tennis and Ps4 for the kids. The residence is in the Waterloo Village caravan park. The location is ideal for a good rest between the ocean and the Ferguson Valley, and it is located only 10 minutes driving from Bunbury. The unit is fully furnished : Kitchen + cooking appliances (pans and sauce pans, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer), TV, 2 double beds with sheets, towels. It has its own bathroom with small bath and toilets.
