Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK! * Occupancy tax certificate 2025-0017 *

Proximité de bons restaurants et cinéma, près de la magnifique rivière Richelieu, piste cyclable provinciale de milliers de km, sentiers pédestres à proximité, festival des montgolfières en août, etc. Épicerie et pharmacie à 500 mètres, secteur spectacle plein air gratuit à plusieurs endroits. L'automne est aussi une période magnifique pour parcourir la route des vins et la cueillette des pommes.

Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.
