We offer all amenities except this space has no bathroom, or running water however your welcome to use the shared facilities inside our home! We welcome pets, we do have cats, have a huge park right out your front door, in addition to that there is a basketball court and kids playground

River Hideaway

Knotty pine nearly throughout, whirlpool bathtub, granite countertop, new appliances, washer/dryer. Cookware & dinnerware provided. Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood). WiFi not available & cell service is marginal. There is a queen sz bed downstairs, the loft has a futon that flattens into small double bed, and there are 2 twin beds. No large, loud parties that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners.
