It is a great location! You’re close by with everything you can think of. Very convenient and it also has the dog playground area, with pet friendly neighborhoods.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

The lower level private entrance apartment was very nice with all new furnishings, comfortable bed and sofa, smart TV, plenty of books and games. The kitchen was well appointed with high end small appliances ( microwave oven, toaster oven, single pan cooktop, Ninja coffee maker and an under the counter with complimentary goodies ( sweet muffins English Muffins, butter, cream cheese, Starbucks ground coffee and orange juice) and some small bag snacks (popcorn and chips). The bathroom was very nice with plenty of towels and complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Judy was a very gracious and friendly host with quick responses to any questions or sought after recommendations. She gave us 4 wineries to try and we loved all 4 of them. You can’t go wrong with this Airbnb.

This was my second stay in this unit. It is clean and tidy. The building is quiet and amenities like the gym and attached Wegmans are great. The bed is comfy but bring your own pillow and a sleep mask if you can. The window coverings do not block any of the nearby lights.

We loved the space. It was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. We were in town to visit DC which was a little bit of a hike back and forth but we wanted to stay close to Dulles. There was plenty in the area as far as stores, shopping, etc. Finally, the communication was great with Dmytro. If we were in the same area again at any time, we would stay here again if it were available.

This was our second stay at Cherrie’s place. We just love it. It has everything we need, is quiet, cozy and clean. Great neighbors and a cute neighborhood. The building itself could use a little upkeep, but once you’re inside River City Den, all is from well. We’ll be back!

My family and I are from Thailand. We were driving from Orlando to New York and stopped in Richmond for one night. We chose to stay at Mitchell’s place — and it was a great decision. The house was clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated with a warm, homey atmosphere. All the amenities were well-prepared, and everything was very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy and allowed me to get a truly restful night’s sleep. There was also a kitchen, which we used to cook our own meals. Mitchell provided all the cooking and dining utensils we needed — everything was complete and ready to use. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay. If we ever come back to Richmond, we wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else.

Very responsive host, we had had a great stay. He was very accommodating with our last minute visit and made us feel welcome. Will definitely rent again.

This efficiency studio had everything we needed for a last minute trip to Snowshoe before all the snow melted! I appreciated the refrigerator with freezer, stocked kitchen, and the bed was so comfortable both of my kids commented on it — and even the pillows! We opted for the calmer pace of Expedition Station versus the kid chaos of Mountain Lodge for this trip, and we all agreed it was a great choice. Overall a great time on the mountain!

This was one of the nicest Airbnb stays we have had. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated and had anything we may have needed, plus!!! Mike was always friendly in his communications, shared great information about the area and really went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for a great stay!! Great stay, esp for SARA ski races. Elevators broke during our stay, which was a hassle, but not the owners fault, obviously. Would stay again... thank you!

The owners of this fine property, have gone the extra mile, to provide an above and beyond resort experience. The ideal location, abundance of amenities and. extras. depending on the season that you choose, this a place you could call home. Waiting for your vacation memories, this chalet is cozy, comfortable, and the perfect mental floss.

Very responsive hosts from check in to check out. Meeting to help with check in was a lovely touch and was really helpful for understanding the parking garage as well as keys, gym, trash, etc. The place is perfectly located downtown and it was easy to go for a run or dinner right from the location. The Hilton lobby is an added bonus with live music on some nights and the theater nearby has great shows!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We hosted a my hokie son and a few of his hokie friends for Easter dinner and this home was perfect for what we needed. The home was spacious, clean and the location to the campus was fantastic. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful place to stay at during our trip to Lynchburg. It was extremely clean and looked just like the photos. The area was peaceful, well kept, and safe. When we arrived there was a cute welcome basket filled with snacks. Also, we appreciated the many streaming services ready to be used on the tv! There is a drive-thru coffee shop (Joe Beans) that is a very close drive—great drinks and baked goods! I would highly recommend this place and felt the host was eager to provide a great stay.

You know when you read the reviews and they say "exceeded expectations" so you're expectations are really high? Well, this was one of those homes and somehow it still exceeded our expectations! It was bigger, homier and comfier than we expected. The well furnished kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners at home. Great layout to play family games while watching the World Series. All of the beds were comfortable and it was the perfect placec to come home to after a long day. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Charlottesville, this is it!! Thanks for everything - we'll be back!

We had an excellent stay here! There were many things to do in the home that kept us entertained. Highly recommend this property. The host was very responsive as well.

Great stay! Photos were spot on and even they didn’t do justice to how much room available, both inside and out. Very clean, also delighted by all the little extra amenities not always at other places, especially the kitchen. Neighborhood felt very private without being totally off the grid. That said, two things to note: there is no cell service for miles around, so a preloaded map on Waze or Maps was essential for us (the WiFi in the house was solid tho!). Also, we visited in the spring-if there was snow on the roads in any amount, would not have made it up without 4WD. Lots of hiking! Recommend Red Spruce Knob for a nice warmup and lovely trail, and the scenic highway 150 is NOT to be missed. Mostly cooked in the well appointed kitchen, also ran out for a bit of food (and DQ for a treat) down the road in Marlington. The Dollar General next door was great for things we forgot (tho still a bit grumpy we paid $2 for 3 bananas at the IGA!) All in all, for a great getaway, 10/10!

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

First off I just want to say the design of the house was really nice! But the details of EVERYTHING inside was immaculate. From the art to the LED lights and pop of color in each room! The main bedroom bathroom OMG‼️ Fire!!!! A beautiful soaking tub with a separate wall in shower for 2! We felt safe at all times! DeSean was responsive as well when I asked questions or needed anything. Our favorite was the loft area for sure. I work from home so it was nice working upstairs and watching my shows and chatting with my sisters. Also there were plenty of snacks and things in the fridge for us which was definitely an added addition! Overall it was a beautiful home & the train came by but the kids loved it and it wasn’t bad at all it’s actually a nice added addition to the home.
