Sitting on 1/3rd acre with access to wooded a trail leads to 5 small cold springs. Amenities 4 person hot tub, beautiful view of the Loudoun Valley, Wifi, Loft bedroom with a loft ladder, hiking along the Appalachian Trail, Shenandoah River, with restaurants, breweries, distilleries and wineries close by! A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Cameras are on site. 1 at the parking lot, 1 on the side deck, back deck, covered porch, up stairs open covered card/chest room, 2 on the main dock & water, 1 outside stone patio

Includes soaring mountain views, swimming holes, hiking trails, ATV trails, fishing creek, mini white sand beach, hot tub in a cave, huge boulder rustic fire pits, cave, lake, cabanas, all in a heavy forest exclusively for guests. Private: you cannot see another house from the front porch or back decks and it has thick woods all around. At the top of the property are soaring views with 3 miles of visibility. No need to go to the national park.

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.
