Just a short walk to all amenities - WIN Stadium, the Wollongong Entertainment Centre (WEC) & the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC). The train station is 100 meters from the front door of this complex and there are cafes, restaurants, shopping centres and Wollongong's amazing beaches all within walking distance or a 5 min drive. We think our space is great for couples, surfers, singles, business people and adventurers alike. We are situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so you can also enjoy just to kick back and relax.

The back door is 2 minutes walk to Surf Beach, where you can join the coastal walk from Minnamurra to Gerringong. At night you can hear the waves while drifting off to sleep. The unit is approx. 10 minutes walk from Kiama's shops, restaurants, markets, blowhole, rock pool, harbour, library, and train station (to Sydney). Leave your car at the property and walk everywhere!
