New Spanish Home in Downtown Avila Beach

Step onto the terrace and breathe in the fresh air while taking in the stunning mountain views. Villa Risa is a Modern Spanish, seductive, open-plan home with a statement fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, and wooden flooring. Spacious living area lends itself to wonderful conversations, relaxing retreat, or soaking in music or movies. Two well appointed bedrooms, along with three sleeper sofas in the great room, make it a great space for family and friends to enjoy time together. After your days of adventure, laughter will flow as you grill in the beautiful outdoor space with a panoramic view of the central coast mountains, and enjoy the hot tub on the roof deck. Three bikes provided with bike rentals nearby (if needed), Two Flip out pads (floor mattresses) are available. Guests will have access to entire house. Parking for one car in the garage and one car in an outdoor space. Beach toys, towels, chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and wagon can all be found in the garage. We will be available through messaging or text. We own a studio apartment below the villa and will be there occasionally. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards, with a park, restaurants, Avila Beach, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach. The Bob Jones trail is close by for walking and biking. San Luis Obispo (one the top five happiest places in America) is just a 15 minute drive north, where you will find great shopping, amazing restaurants, and a beautiful mission. Just south of Avila are more great beaches, outlet malls and seafood restaurants. Villa Risa is just an hour drive to Hearst Castle, passing through Morro Bay, and beautiful Cambria. You may want to check out the elephant seals at San Simeon. Villa Risa is located in the heart of the Central Coast vineyards just a short five minute walk to the shore of Avila Beach, with a park, restaurants, bike paths, and walking trails nearby. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing, and dozens of wineries are all within easy reach.

The Cottage at Hallmark Farms

Cute one bedroom cottage on our 10 acre horse ranch.We live on the Ranch and our home is about 3 acres away from the guest house. We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. We encourage folks from all walks of life to enjoy the serenity of our ranch and a little bit of country living.

Expansive decking in private backyard. Outdoor private gas BBQ with ample seating and space to move around. Walking distance to all the best of Pismo. Parking is on the street, anywhere around the cottage. The city allows overnight street parking. Once you park you can pretty much walk everywhere.

Hidden oasis..escape to tranquility..

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

Our condo is one of the top 10 oceanfront resorts in California. This unit overlooks the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, bbqs and fire pit. Access to the beach is just yards away. It has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean just steps below the unit. The restaurant offers pool service , room service also a full bar with live music. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.

Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit! Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. We are always happy to honer an early check in or out if we have time and schedule.
