Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Two separate bedrooms divided by a private bath, a coffee bar and a dormer area where you can dine and relax while enjoying the view. One bedroom has a full bed and tv, the other bedroom has a queen bed and a futon sleeper sofa. There is no kitchen.A microwave and mini fridge are provided. Free Parking

The Barn has a completely renovated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, brand new queen & king mattresses, and a pull out couch (perfect for kids) We live next door & look forward to hosting you!

Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. Spacious 2 bedroom/2 full bath 1100 SF apartment with a private entrance. First floor has a living area, full kitchen with gas range/oven, fridge, breakfast bar, bedroom with king size bed, & full bath. Second floor has a bedroom with queen size bed, & full bath. The apartment is attached to our home via a covered corridor that is locked from within the AirBnb.
