Great space for family or business travel, includes garage. Close to Legends shopping, I70 and I435 highways. We say disability friendly because it is a new build with wide doorways and a no barrier entrance from the garage. We have lowered the digital garage door keypad to wheelchair height. The largest bathroom has front loader laundry, a roll up sink and a no barrier shower with grab bars and an adjustable shower head.

We invite you to stay in our beautiful, independent, and private in-law suite (we do live upstairs). There is an outdoor patio with hanging lights and seating in a fenced backyard. Very close to beautiful Shawnee Mission Park. One exit from Lenexa City Center. We are about 10 minutes from the Kansas City Speedway and Children’s Mercy Park and 20 minutes from Downtown Kansas City.
