The guest house is completely separate and private, from our home, which is 50 feet away, and it was newly built in 2022.

Private parking for two, vehicles. The apartment is located on the second floor of our duplex. Parry Sound is located in a UNESCO Biosphere reserve.

This private, cozy one bedroom apartment is suited to two adults Decorated with antiques and charm, it is in a renovated, century home on a quiet, dead end street with a short walk to down town, the dock, the beach and the hospital. Parking for one vehicle. We have everything you need to cook meals or there are lots of restaurants to enjoy close by. Walking trails, provincial parks, golf courses and Georgian Bay are all within close reach.
