The apartment is located on the 13 floor and has a big balcony where you can enjoy the scenic view. The building is equipped with pool, gym and 24h security. In the same building at ground floor there are 2 supermarkets, and one of them is open 24h. 15 min drive from Kite Beach and majority of popular beaches. Nearest metro station is Business Bay.
