Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. Our lovely home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood is minutes from Mall of America, the Eagan Outlet Mall and both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Entire lower level flat with your own separate entrance and parking. My place is close to restaurants, Arboretum, Paisley Park, bike trails, and wineries.
