Kinglet Cottage - Bright and Sunny Lake View!

Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

3 Things People Love About This Space: •We’re an easy ½ mile walk from the Columbia City LINK Station with ready access to the airport, stadiums, downtown, and UW. •We’re a few blocks from Columbia City and Hillman City business district with great bars, restaurants, and shops. •Lovely clean private suite with your own separate entrance. 2 Things People Might Not Like: •Our family (including Pepper the dog) lives and makes noise above it. •The ceilings are LOW—5’9” at some beams and ducts.
