Entire 3-Level House on the Banks of the Guadalquivir River

Due to the Covin-19, we’re taking extra care to disinfect the house between reservations. We have a private entrance to the house. In order to follow the social distance rules and avoid person to person contact we offer self check-in system. Sit down to a complimentary breakfast on the first morning staying in this fully refurbished property. Later, read a book in the hammock on 1 of the tranquil terraces. It also benefits from plenty of natural sunlight and fine exposed stonework. Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors. On the first floor we have: -Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1.50m x 1.90m) -Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family/friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home. -Bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor we have: -Two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs. Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m). -Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower. -Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products. From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city. Please note the outdoor cushions are only for non winter use due to the slight possibility of rain and the humidity caused by temperature change from day to night. We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville. Guests will have access and exclusive use of the whole house and terraces. Free wifi. In the price is included everything you need to make a lovely breakfast, coffee, milk, bread, jam, butter and some fresh fruit. Even though I am originally from Seville and I am passionate about my city, I moved to Madrid in 2005 from where I am managing bookings. When you book our apartment we will keep in touch by phone, email, text messages or whatsapp While we try to be flexible for your check-in and check-out time, check-in does need some advance co-ordination as we need for someone to be there to welcome you when you get to the apartment. I do go very often to Seville, so I may be the one to welcome you to the house, if not we have a great team of assistants to meet you at the house door. We are always happy to help our guests with any enquiries about Seville and will make our best to make a very pleasant and welcome stay. You can always contact me, I am only a phone call away and my mobile is on 24/7. I have friends and family just around the corner in case o any emergency. The riverside setting adds to the enchantment of the Triana neighborhood, where this home is located. Steps away are the historic Callejón de la Inquisición and San Jorge Castle. Feel the City’s Heartbeat at a Grand Old Home with Balconies

The restoration and decoration of the flat was finished on sept 2017, with grate open spaces and super high ceilings (4 metres high) its and oasis of peace, thanks to the exterior glass and metal balconies that can be closed completely, and the wood windows that go from floor to selling on the outside facade. To the inside the flat overlooks a typical Spanish patio As you approach the house the main outside door to the building warns the visitor about the category of the building about to enter … passing a metal gate the patio is reach, a simple elegant spaced that provides light to the inside of the properties and cools down the atmosphere during the hot days, opposite the lift and to the right the stairs, the height of the ground floor is so huge that the stairs need three sections to reach the first floor flat (in today’s construction it would be a high second floor) As you enter the flat on your right and along the inside of the flat you have a wood and picture window overlooking the patio With two confortable bedrooms one with a balcony, both with, wardrobes, bed side tables with reading lights and 100% cotton bed clothing And two bathrooms one in suite with a bath and both with, shower and hot water on demand heated with city gas The kitchen is modern and gear up with top range kitchen equipment, and with all the necessary utensils for cooking a delicious meal, presenting and serving the food The sitting room has a, working table, library, two armchairs, big sofa and flat TV, is supper luminous thanks to the balcony and the window at the far end were the dining table seats The house has air conditioned in all rooms and Wi-Fi The building a private house on its day, was first renovated in 1999, and latter refurnished in September 2017, the main entrance at number 3 of Calle Reyes Catolicos and the back entrance at Calle Almansa The property has a beautiful patio and underground car park, with one car park space for the flat connected with a lift to the first floor of the building Is a peaceful residential building and will be appreciated to be treated on that manner The apartment is on Calle Reyes Católicos in the upscale Arenal neighborhood in Seville’s old town. Step out to shops, tapas bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. The town hall, cathedral, river, and bullfighting ring are just minutes away. Walking distance from the flat in less than 5 minutes, Plaza Nueva (Town Hall), the Cathedral, the river Guadalquivir, the bull fighting ring “Maestranza”, and the commercial streets, Calle Sierpes and Calle Tetuan and at the other side of the river Triana. Disfruta del sol de Triana desde este acogedor y original piso con gran terraza

La situacion del apartamento es privilegiada dando un paseo podra acceder a todos los monumentos destacados de Sevilla como la Catedral ,Barrio de Santa Cruz,Alcazar.Y en el mismo barrio podra disfrutar de sus museos de ceramica ,del famoso Mercado de Triana ,iglesias y no podemos olvidarnos de las salas de flamenco y los magnificos bares y restaurantes donde degustar nuestra amplia oferta culinaria que va desde la cocina mas tradicional hasta la cocina mas vanguardista. El apartamento esta situado en una antigua casa de vecinos,recientemente rehabilitada ,pero donde no se ha perdido la esencia del edificio.Consta de un patio central que da acceso al ascensor donde se ubica el apartamento y su magnifica terraza donde podra descansar despues de sus visitas. Como viajeros que somos estariamos encantados en ayudarles para cualquier recomendacion y descubrirles nuestra ciudad. Triana, cuna de artistas, toreros y visitantes seducidos por su legado marinero, sus vistas al río , su mercado de abastos y su multitud de opciones de restauración. Triana, el barrio perfecto para embeber el espíritu sevillano más auténtico. Si su llegada es a través del aeropuerto de Sevilla podrá llegar en taxi o bus EA(servicio aeropuerto).El bus lo dejara en la Plaza de Armas y llegara andando en unos 10 minutos. Si su llegada es a través de la Estación de Santa Justa igualmente podrá llegar en taxi o cogiendo la linea 21.

Ático con increíble terraza de más de 50m2 con vistas a Plaza Nueva y a la Giralda donde disfrutar de un agradable desayuno o relajante copa al atardecer. Cuenta con una habitación independiente con 2 camas individuales unidas y amplio salón con 2 sofás y cocina abierta. Posibilidad de poner una cama plegable para un tercer huésped. TV, wifi, aire acondicionado y calefacción. Ventilador de techo en el dormitorio y toallero eléctrico en el baño. Magnífica localización en pleno centro de Sevilla.

Estudio reformado junto al río Guadalquivir. Apartamento silencioso y tranquilo con una habitación con cama de matrimonio y sofá cama en el salón. Óptimo para una pareja aunque pueden vivir en él tres personas cómodamente. Está situado en el céntrico barrio de San Julián, al lado de la Macarena y próximo al resto de puntos de interés turístico. Apartment in the center of Seville - Alfalfa.

Cozy apartment at Seville's city center with all facilities. We like to make our guests feel at home. You will find all the basics for breakfast, what-to-do indications, wifi and useful local information. The apartment is in the city center, just 5-10 minutes away to the cathedral and the Town Hall, with dozens of bars, restaurants and shops. Even though Seville city center is very lively, the apartment is very quiet.
