Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an extra $20 pet fee. Please message the host for details. No cats allowed.

Our newly finished basement apartment is minutes off of I-70 in Richfield Utah! Richfield is an ideal centrally located place to stay being within 2.5 hours of 4 of the “MIGHTY 5” National Parks! It is also the perfect place for those going to fish lake, outdoor recreation, sporting events, Snow College south activities, 4th of July celebration, and of course the world famous Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree! We are riding distance from the Paiute trail! Come Enjoy your adventures in Sevier County!

A logged framed housed that is cozy and quiet , stocked with free breakfast foods and less than 2 miles from Mystic hot springs along with a free hot springs called red hills if your into outdoor activities atv/utv trails await as do biking , mountain biking trails and hiking trails. We have some of the best hiking trails and mountain biking trails in the nation with more being put in each year. We have plenty of fishing holes in immediate area less than 1 hour drive, correct # of guest helps

Mystic Manor 4 Bed Farm House walk to hotsprings

This amazing home was originally built in the late 1900's and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. All furniture and mattresses are new and plush and will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and flat screen TV allow for Netflix or App entertainment. There is ample parking and room to put an ATV trailer on side of the house. Covered patio in back of house with BBQ, relax and enjoy the clean country air. It's a Gem!

The Mustard house offers a quiet spot centrally located in Richfield. You will be able to enjoy easy access to the best local restaurants, event centers as well the scenic mountain trail system. This area has some of the best kept secret Mt. Biking and Off-Road riding in Central Utah. The home itself is a uniquely built heritage home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, a covered patio with its own sitting and dinning table, as well as a half court basketball hoop.

Garden Guesthouse at Wildland Gardens

The garden guesthouse is a quaint space surrounded by shrubs and gardens. The room has a comfy queen bed and sofa futon. This space is perfect for up to 2 adults. The space is cozy yearr-round with great heat and lovely AC and night sky views. The restrooms are a shared space in our converted farm silo. They are approximately 20 yards from the guesthouse. If your accommodation of choice is a hotel, this is not your spot. The guesthouse has a firepit, chairs and a picnic table.

Home Base Resort #5

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a roll away bed. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we do charge 20 pet fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

La Casita on Main in Monroe

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.
