This historic home built in the late 1800's was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is updated, each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and smart flat screen TVs allow for remote work or entertainment.

Our home is close to Fish Lake, Pando, Manti Temple, Richfield's Sevier Valley Events Center, Blackhawk arena, and the "Mighty 5 National Parks". These National Parks include Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Zions, Arches and Capitol Reef. We are known for our amazing ATV trails (Piute Trail) as well as hunting and fishing. Salina is a hub connecting 1-70, 89, and 50 from I-15!

The main house sits on our 10 acre boutique farm/camp, Wildland Gardens. Our unique home has 2 bedrooms & a common area sleeping space. We have a total of 1 King and 3 Queen beds. It is convenient, relaxing & beautiful; a perfect stop while traveling cross-country or visiting Utah's Big 5 National Parks. Hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, ATV trails and Mystic Hot Springs are nearby. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Guests have private access to our Hot tub and patio.

Less than 15 minutes from canyon, Meadow hot springs, Paiute ATV trails, and lava tubes. 30 minutes from historic Cove Fort. This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
