Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. Oceanfront Caribbean Style Villa that is centrally located in Bodden Town for a laid-back experience in tranquility. All 12 villas in complex are oceanfront with views of the sea. We have 6 villas on main floor and 6 villas on second floor. You can enjoy the pool with in-water bar stools or sit on a private beach near the ocean. We have a stretch of beach that allows you to walk for miles. We are surrounded by a coral reef giving our guests access to some of the best snorkeling on the island.

Our place is right on the beach, with close nightlife and the Warf, and other shopping and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the place because of the updated kitchen, beautiful view from the screened in patio, the comfy bed, and the touches of home and coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). There is a community pool to relax and have a soak or simply enjoy the water of the ocean. Also, community grill and gazebo for use.

1 Bed Beach Rental 20 steps to the Beach!

Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment just 50 feet to Seven Mile Beach in West Bay. From the balcony you have a partial beach view. This apartment has everything you will need for a comfortable stay and the memory foam mattress will ensure a great nights sleep. Alfresco Restaurant is across the street and Camana Bay is an 8 minute drive away. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room with a queen memory foam mattress for extra guests. There is also a Shared Laundry Room on site.

Welcome to our beautiful second floor condo on the world renowned Seven Mile Beach. Sunset Cove is a beachfront resort minutes from George Town. It has a stunning beach lagoon and amazing pool with a kiddies pool, hot tub and swim-up bar. Our “beach chic” condo has just been fully renovated.
