We live upstairs and are happy to help if you need anything!

Cozy Mountain House near Dilijan | Forest & Scenic Views🌲 Dez is a peaceful retreat surrounded by forest and mountains, located just 15 km from Dilijan. The forest starts right in front of the house, offering fresh air, scenic views, and direct access to nature. Situated on the Dilijan–Vanadzor road, directly along the Armenia–Georgia highway, it’s an ideal stop for road-trippers and a perfect base for exploring Lori region while enjoying a calm village atmosphere.

Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.
