It is an ideal apartment for a couple (2 people), that don't mind climbing stairs. Fully equipped apartment with free Wi-Fi. *2026 Update* The City Hall as granted "Rooftop Carmo" Bar/Restaurant across the street a Loud Sound Permit. Ear plugs will be provided. Fri and Sat are the loudest days.

Matilde's House

This renovated studio is located in Areeiro, one of the most central location in Lisbon, walking distance from two metro station and 10 mints from Downtown area by metro. It has a leaving room and dining area, a functional kitchenette, one double bed in the mezzanine accessible by stairs, and one bathroom with shower. The apartment has natural sunlight with a small balcony and a large window. It's located at the 3rd floor, and although with no elevator, the stairs are large and easy access.
