The checkin was seamless, Mauricio checked in regularly with us to see how we were getting on. The house was exactly as described and seen in the photos. A real bargain!

We had a lovely stay here despite dreadful weather! Ed was an amazing host, very fast at replying and great recommendations for restaurants which were all fab. House is in a lovely position and you feel very private once inside, its close to the rice paddy fields and you can walk to the beach which is a bonus. This is a lovely area with a beautiful beach but there is quite a bit of construction going on close by which is a shame. The noise didn't disturb us at all as it was up in the hills. The beach is quite wild but really lovely and has great restaurants & bars to watch the sunset. We wanted to surf but the waves wernt right here for our week but we found an amazing beach down the coast to surf so there are always options if you hire a car. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 4 jours entre amis (20 personnes) dans cette villa idéale pour les grands groupes. Elle est très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. Joao a été extrêmement réactif, disponible et accueillant. Un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

We spent a wonderful time at Cristina's beautiful house. There is a lot to explore in the neighbourhood - very nice beaches, beautiful views at the oceans, close to Sesimbra and Lisabon - a perfect stay for some days. The house was very convenient for a family with two teenagers. They had their own rooms and separate bath. It is very nicely furnished and has very private touch, which we very much liked. Cristina's parents welcomed us and gave us helfpul advices on the area. She was very responsive whenever we had a problem. I can highly recommend Cristina's place and would are considering coming back in summer time.

Très belle maison dans un environnement calme, parfaitement agencée et très bien équipée pour une semaine en famille. Son emplacement géographique est idéal à côté des plages et des différents points d'intérêt. Le service de conciergerie était très réactif et très disponible. Nous recommandons vivement !

Dans la maison de Luana tout est mis à disposition pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Luana a été très gentille et disponible pour répondre à nos messages lorsque nous avions des questions. Le jardin et la piscine sont un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir et faire des barbecues. Pas loin de la plage et des commerces. Emplacement très agréable. Je recommande !!

Lovely villa in a great location. Right next to a big Aldi which was super helpful. About a half hour walk to the beach but easy to get Ubers. Great holiday, thank you!

Casa maravilhosa, com todas as comodidades necessárias, nomeadamente a cozinha. As fotografias retratam exatamente a habitação. Local muito sossegado e a um minuto a pé da rua principal da vila, onde se pode encontrar farmácia, mini-mercado, papelaria e vários restaurantes. Muito perto de praias maravilhosas! O Francisco foi super simpático e atento às nossas questões. Ficámos com imensa vontade de voltar a esta casa e poder usufruir da piscina (por causa da chuva não conseguimos)! Foi um fim-de-semana fantástico, com criação de excelentes memórias!

Me hospedei na casa com 10 amigos por 10 dias e não tenho nada pra reclamar . A casa é muito confortável, espaçosa e tem uma bela decoração. As camas são confortáveis e com bons chuveiros. Foram dias muito agradáveis e de descanso !

Maison conforme aux photos Jardin très agréable, spacieux, idéal avec enfants, Propriétaire charmante, qui a plein d’animaux, tous trop sympa ! Et qui est disponible ++ et aux petits soins si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. À noter que la maison donne vraiment sur une route, pour les amoureux du silence, pensez à vos boules quies, mais sinon le jardin est très bien clôturé donc aucun risque pour les enfants .

What an amazing house and lovely hosts! We came for my birthday and we were so welcome and looked after. The house is amazing - a dream place with cool interiors and lots of space. The kitchen is really well organised, there’s games and balls, and the pool space large for the kids to find space to play. Lisa and Peter helped with lots of questions (sorry about that!) and were caring and dedicated to our happiness during the stay. Couldn’t recommend enough! Very kind and lovely hosts

J'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience dans le logement cozy de Lina à Caparica. J'ai réservé ce logement à la toute dernière minute et Lina a été assez gentille et "responsive" pour m'accomoder dans les plus brefs délais. Aprés un séjour intense au Portugal, j'avais besoin d'un endroit oû me relaxer avant de revenir à la maison et le logement de Lina était exactement ce dont j'avais besoin. La maison est bien équipé, surtout la cuisine, il y a tout ce dont on a de besoin. J'ai beaucoup aimé le quartier très sécuritaire et "laid back" et la plage est très proche du logement. Beaucoup de très bons restaurants dans le quartier aussi et les épiceries sont proches. J'étais triste de quitter tellement j'étais bien et reposée dans ce logement. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la communication avec Lina, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa flexibilité. Merci encore Lina!

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille dans la maison de Victor. La maison est superbe, idéale pour passer du temps ensemble (grand salon, jacuzzi…), et suffisamment grande pour avoir aussi chacun son espace. La communication avec Sandra était parfaite : elle était disponible , agréable et toujours aidante . Je recommande vivement et reviendrai volontiers .

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay at Ana Luisa’s. The house is super lovely with beautiful views. Flora was incredibly kind, always helpful, and responded so quickly to anything we needed. It’s a perfect place to unwind and escape the city - we didn’t want to leave!

We had a great experience staying in this home! It was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely garden and sunroom to relax in. Parking was easy with lots of spaces in front of the house. The close proximity to the beach was great (walkable). along with good restaurants in the neighborhood so we didn't need to drive much during our stay. I look forward to staying at this property again!

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Strandspaziergänge und gut eingerichtet. wir haben die Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war professionell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank

Un descubrimiento!! El lugar ideal para desconectar de la ciudad, para disfrutar del campo pero con las comodidades y estética del siglo XXI. Con una casa tan bien diseñada y confortable como este descubrimiento, el entorno dónde se encuentre es lo de menos, pero nos sirvió para conocer una zona interesante de Portugal no siempre bien conocida pero muy valiosa. La casa vale mucho más que lo que se paga por ella y tiene todo lo necesario. Estupendos anfitriones además. La recomiendo sin dudarlo!!

Alles in allem sehr zufrieden, bis auf die bellende Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft. Dafür kann die Gastgeberin aber nichts. Sandra ist eine liebevolle und hilfsbereite Person. Wir danken Ihr vom Herzen für die Mühe und Empfehlungen.
