Booked this place pretty last minute for an impromptu sleepover with friends (one of us just went through a breakup—yikes), and we’re so glad we chose this place! The host was super communicative and gave very clear instructions throughout. The place was really clean and surprisingly well-stocked with amenities. While a couple of appliances like the microwave and hair dryer weren’t working, everything else more than made up for it. The beds were suuuuuuper comfortable, the showers were great, and the AC worked perfectly. The host was also really thoughtful! There were cold mineral waters ready for us, and even some complimentary snacks, which honestly made it feel even more homey. It was quiet, peaceful, and truly, you could just walk in with your clothes and a pack of Indomie and be good to go! Would definitely recommend 💯 and will definitely book this place again

I recently stayed at Yenny's place and had a fantastic experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Yenny was very welcoming and responsive, always caring for our needs. She provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay, and I’m very grateful for her kindness and attentiveness. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Ich habe diese Wohnung für meine Familie gebucht und sie waren sehr glücklich und zufrieden damit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich, geräumig, günstig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Vermitern Herr Irwan und Frau Friska waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, kompetent, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Meine Familie war damit sehr dankbar und wird wieder da buchen, wenn sie in Jakarta kommt. Aufgrund der Erfahrung meiner Familie kann ich diese Wohnung für alle anderen Interessenten sehr gut empfehlen 👍vielen herzlichen Dank an Herrn Irwan und Frau Friska, dass meine Familie bei Ihnen untergebracht ist. The room is very comfy and full of needed facility. Affordable stay for 4 persons to squeeze in. We are 3 person, 1 person on the sofa bed is comfortable enough. They have familymart, kopi kenangan, canteen, and shipping expedition nearby the building. Check in was very easy. We didn’t make it to the pool but i bet that will be perfect to tru while staying with family. Afril is a very informative person, thay for the place!

Unit apartemen nya bagus, rapih dan terawat. Meskipun tidak sempat masak2, ternyata disediakan rice cooker pula. Pemilik sangat ramah dan friendly. Lokasi dekat banget ke Central Park Mall, tinggal nyebrang sudah masuk Sogo. Mau ke bandara pun ngga sulit.

Een geweldig huis! Brandschoon en goed onderhouden. Mooie grote tuin en heerlijk groot zwembad met diepte. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien en er was meer dan voldoende serviesgoed en bestek beschikbaar. Super fijne en ontzettend lieve, vriendelijke beheerders. Siti en haar vader stonden dag en nacht voor ons klaar en hielpen ons met alles. Ze waren heel duidelijk en de regels werden goed uitgelegd. Het enige wat wennen was, was de geur de mottenballen in de badkamer, maar deze hielden het ongedierte wel buiten, heel fijn! Dit is een verblijf waar ik zeker terug zou willen keren!

Saya sangat senang menginap disini. Hanya saja untuk pendingin ruangan (AC) di kamar sudah saatnya diganti karena tidak berfungsi dengan semestinya. Mungkin lebih baik ada kipas angin sebagai alternatif. Untuk wifi tidak bisa digunakan walaupun sudah diotak-atik dan awalnya tidak ada sinyal/jaringan untuk provider apapun, jadi ga bisa internetan namun setelah dicoba malamnya, jaringan sudah bisa digunakan seperti biasa. Jika ada yg minta rekomendasi, kemungkinan saya akan memasukan tempat ini untuk yang ingin menginap di daerah bsd serpong dan saya juga bisa kembali kesini ^^

We want to have a family gathering during weekend, but we’re too lazy to get out of town. So happy to found this place. Really feels like we’re in a villa somewhere, without traveling so far away. We had a good time here, kids can go swimming or playing in the garden. Lots of games we can play. Plenty of cutleries so we can cook and feed a lot of people without thinking that we don’t have enough plates. Charles himself is so helpful and responsive.

the place is full of facilities that keep my family occupied. 24hrs seems not enough after we stay there. Beside the traffic jam when travelling there, everything is perfect!
