The heat of summer is cooling as we settle into cozy fall, with winter right around the corner. Plan a getaway for hiking, mountain biking or snuggling by the fire with a book. Or plan ahead for the ski season! We get epic snow every year with easy access to Boreal, Sugar Bowl and Royal Gorge just a few mins away. Expect tons of charm in this rustic, "old Kingvale" cabin. Accommodates 4-6 comfortably. Situated conveniently near the freeway but feels like the backcountry. Best of both worlds!

Tucked away in a beautiful woodsy landscape, Little Blue provides utmost tranquility while still being a short walk to the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe. 20 minutes in either direction, you will also find Lake Tahoes best attractions!

Super clean and cozy ground floor condo, conveniently located off Hwy 80 in the historical Soda Springs Station. Beautiful views of Soda Springs mountain. Close proximity to multiple ski resorts including Soda Springs Ski Resort, Royal Gorge XC, Donner Ski Ranch, Sugar Bowl Resort and Boreal and a multitude of hiking trails and activities. Serene Lake, Donner Lake, Truckee, Lake Tahoe and Reno are all easy drives from the condo. Great location for all year-round enjoyment.

Soda Springs Retreat

A step back into history. Condo located inside of an old Historic Railroad building converted into beautiful cozy condominiums. Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)! In summer, great hiking and lakes all close by. Insanely fast wifi (400mb download, 40mb upload). Please see note about train close by and possible noise.
