Amazing downtown Sofia studio on 2 floors, after reconstruction - bright, warm and spacious, perfect for up to 4 people. Sleeping area with a queen bed is separated from the common area where is a comfortable sofa bed. There is also a big wardrobe, dresser and a working desk. Designed in a retro-industrial style with a sea motif. Everything is a brand new- Kitchen, appliances, bathroom, washer, dryer, smart TV, DVD, furniture. Everything needed for your short or long stay in Sofia is provided. IMPORTANT! Due to the recent situation with Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we take all precautions and we put hygiene in the first place especially now. After each check out the apartment is cleaned with high-class detergents and everything is sanitized. If there is a stronger odour than usual it is because of the stronger detergent we use to clean it.
