It's a charming and cozy house with two spacious yards next to the beautiful Kamenicki Park. It is pretty close to the city center (5km) and the fortress (3km). On the opposite side of the river is a city bitch Strand (please note that during the beach season, on weekends, music from the beach can be heard). Vila Fina je kuća za uživanje. Nalazi se na samoj obali Dunava, u mestu Čerević, udaljena 20 km od Novog Sada, na samom obodu Nacionalnog parka Fruška Gora. Vila raspolaže sa dvorišnim komotnim parkingom od 10 mesta. Na obali je dostupan splav, pa se tako u Dunavu može uživati od izuzetnog pogleda, preko pecanja pa do vožnje gliserom. U letnjem periodu, ne bi trebalo propustiti sportove na vodi, poput skijanja i vuče u gumi ili na "ajkuli".
