logement haut standing avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. logement spacieux avec plusieurs chambres et plusieurs salons. chaque chambres avec sa salle de bain privé. nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui était très propre Un gardien est au portail pour les aller et venir. un véhicule 4x4 est disponible avec chauffeur fans la maison que nous avons loué moyennant rémunération pour d'aire nos courses. Monsieur Alexandre est très réactif. je conseille sans réserve ce logement. Alberick

Nice beautiful place. Spacious with rustic furniture. The garden is green and refreshing. The price is incredible.

Vanessa and Ricardo were the perfect host. Ricardo was helpful from beginning to end, he speaks and understands English which helped me find his place and get around the city. Always responsive when I needed anything even late at night. His place is right by the road so it wasn’t difficult to find. The location is central to many things including the beach so that was a plus too. The apartment was very spacious, clean and fit the description on his listing. Only downside was when I realized I’ll have to pay my own power bills but then it’s a general thing in Benin AirBnB’s so it’s not exclusive to this listing… I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back whenever I am in Benin Republic. I’ll definitely recommend Ricardo and Vanessa’s place 100%.

The apartment is located in a central location close to relatively everything. A huge 2 bedrooms apartment well ventilated, clean that comes with basic amenities. The host is available to assist you if you have any questions or concerns and was flexible which is truly appreciated. Minor communication issues at the beginning of my stay that quickly got resolved. I definitely recommend and will be back to this rental in the future.

Très bon séjour dans un logement parfait pour un couple. J'y ai passé mon week-end (en solo) et j'ai pu faire tout ce que j'avais prévu à Cotonou dans le calme et la tranquillité. Il y a un gardien sympa à disposition si besoin, logement propre correspondant aux photos, beaucoup de commerces dans un rayon de 800m. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Hote pas rencontré physiquement car il était en déplacement mais communication régulière, très réactif, toujours à l'écoute. nous avons beaucoup apprécié cela. nous avons rencontré physiquement son épouse d'une amabilité et gentillesse que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le logement correspondait aux photos vraiment rien à redire. nous recommandons à 100% ce logement et nous même allons y retourner lors de notre prochain séjour. mon époux et moi disant un grand merci à la famille de Mr Masoun ainsi qu'à Zoul le gardien et la dame de ménage. Une adresse à recommander pour vos séjours à Cotonou si vous aimez le calme, la mer, l’air marin et un environnement propice au repos loin de la pollution et du bruit de la ville. Grand studio bien décoré, tendance avec des meubles de qualité, un lit spacieux et bien ferme pour la qualité du sommeil. Le seul hic est qu’on ne peut pas cuisiner sur place, ça ne m’a pas dérangé vu que j’avais plutôt des journées chargées et mangeais au restaurant, il y a un micro onde pour chauffer les plats. Le personnel aux petits soins et très serviables. Je recommande ce lieu, allez-y sans hésiter.

Très bel accueil, appartement propre et agréable, particulièrement la terrasse qui est un plus très apprécié, disponibilité de l'hôte et sa réactivité sont un atout, petit mais cozy juste comme il faut. Merci Rachael.

I’m very happy about this place , the guy was very respectful and responsive. I’ll be staying there again Next time with my Kids and wife who will be coming in Africa for the first time.
