This home is such a gem! Just under an hour to the south entrance of Grand Canyon NP and 3 minutes from “Main Street” on Route 66. The home was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, hot tub and fire pits an awesome bonus…all around great stay. Highly recommend.

Such a cozy spot to serve as a base while we explored the area. The backyard amenities are fantastic and the bunk bed room is perfect for kids.

Stayed at Mason’s house for our kids spring break visiting the Grand Canyon. We had a great time and the house was just as described. It’s decorated with lots of fun art and the house is so cute! We enjoyed the hot tub and our service dog loved running around the large back yard. Highly recommend!

Truly a perfect stay for a girls weekend. Perfect and peaceful location, comfortable beds, super clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Sedona!

Had a wonderful time!! Great spot. My wife and I have been visiting Sedona for 25+ years so didn’t need any help for things to do but the little communication we had with our host was easy, friendly and fast. Highly recommend this spot for hikes right outside the door. Cozy, relaxing hanging out after a hike, everything you need in the house and then very close to groceries or restaurants. Would definitely return. Thanks!

Actually nicer than the pictures show. Lots for kids to do at the house. Easy walk to a playground and walking trails. We enjoyed the hot tub on April evenings. Great house for our family from age 4 to 70.

One of the best BNBs I have stayed at. Air and heating throughout with portable heaters in each room if needed. All amenities listed on description were provided. Great water pressure in shower with hot water. Very Easy to check in! Rich was such an amazing host with very fast and friendly responses. My family and I had a great stay. Wow! Fantastic place all around. Easy check in, great location and cutest place with everything you could possibly need and more. We enjoyed the comfy beds and hot tub. Can't wait to book again.

Toni Morrison house was great. As expected it was close to the main road making it easy to get to both the shops and the hikes by car. The kitchen had all the options for anything needed to make a meal or two and the wifi worked perfectly (which I needed bc my cell signal was terrible). Also enjoyed the collection of books near the couch. Would recommend.

Our one night stay was very quiet and comfortable. The hosts responded quickly to all of text messages. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Only thing that was missing for us was a microwave that would have been helpful to quickly heat up the baby bottles. All in all, the one night stay was pleasant.

The true definition of oasis! The tranquility and beauty is stunning and Troy and Katherine are exceptionally kind and helpful - their love of the space radiates! So many thoughtful touches - from kitchen to bathroom to laundry and beyond. Comfortable and private - plus being able to enjoy the gardens, the river, and the hot tub only made this space even more special. So grateful for such an amazing stay in Sedona!

This was a great find for us. We loved the location being close to downtown and all our favorite spots. We we're welcomed by an on-site attendant who was very helpful making our check in fast and easy.

We found this apartment convenient, clean, and quiet. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was updated and in working order. The large shower with rain shower head was a dream! Nice big windows kept it bright, but good shades for sleeping. We’d stay here again!

Gary hosted us as Carolyn was recovering from surgery, it was a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping to look at. It was nice to. One back to at the end of the day and relax and enjoy the “view” Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Exactly what we wanted. Walked to dinner with lots of choices. Walked to breakfast too. Loved being walkable and having off street parking. Very cool carriage house and very comfortable.

This place offered a great location to close towns and a good distance for the Grand Canyon. Felt like we were home, very clean and organized, and to our surprise it had board games! We also loved the pool table as we like to play. Restrooms were clean and relaxing to use. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay with a group. Awesome host as well!

came out with a couple friends, my family of 3, and our two pups. we booked same day and Richard was quick to respond so our weekend getaway was complete! The space is clean, cozy, private, has stunning surroundings, fully stocked kitchen, and perfect for what we were looking for! I would recommend this place and would also love to stay again!

The cabin was perfect for a quick one night stay in Flagstaff with our friends! It’s cozy, the coffee table was perfect for board games and we loved the unique loft area. Breakfast was amazing too, thank you for the stay!!
