Temos o terminal fluvial do Seixal a pouco mais de 1 km do apartmento que podera desfrutar de um passeio de apenas 20 min pelas aguas do tejo e assim chegara á nossa capital Lisboa aonde poderá usufruir de uma linda e comospolitana cidade cheia de restaurantes e zonas historicas.

The villa is ideally situated in the heart of Lisbon, offering views of the Tagus River and is a short drive from the Estoril Coast and its beaches.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Appartement situé à SEIXAL,petit village pittoresque dans la baie sud face à Lisbonne.L'appartement à une grande terrasse avec vu sur le taje.Le centre de Lisbonne est accessible en 15 minutes grâce à de nombreux ferrys à 500 mètres de l'appartement.Il est situé à 20 minutes des plus plages (Costa da Caparica.......) quartier calme avec de nombreux commerces,bars,restaurants......zone piétonne le long de la berge pour la marche ,course à pied,vélo.....
