This was our fifth stay! We love the neighborhood and the close proximity to downtown and restaurants. The house is always very clean and comfortable. We bring our dogs and they enjoy the fenced yard. This was a special occasion, our son who is in the Air Force, just returned from Qatar. What a great house to celebrate this reunion!

The house was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe had a wonderful small town atmosphere. Thank you Nic for making our trip very relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful home and spacious. Lots of charm and comfortable beds and couch. Great natural light. Bathrooms were very small, as it's an older house. Noisy as it's next to a hospital and main road so you will hear ambulance sirens and revving cars all hours of the day. Neighborhood itself was lovely and had large shady trees. Great large backyard fully fenced. Emily was very responsive with any issues or questions we had.

it was nice and cozy, in a quite neighborhood. loved how the host was so quickly responsive to our questions. The house had every thing you needed and felt like home!

Our family of 11 really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this house. The indoor areas met all of our needs but the outdoor area took it over the top. We heated the pool, enjoyed the separate hot tub and our family had more than enough dining and visiting space in the back. The entire family voted to stay here again on our next visit. Thanks

This property was exactly what I had been looking for we needed four bedrooms. All four bedrooms were lovely with king beds. The location was exactly where I requested. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet quiet with lots of beautiful holiday decorations! I will absolutely consider staying at this home again!

Fantastic house, loved the basement. James was very attentive. We had a faucet issue and he responded immediately!

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway came into town to visit friends and attend a concert . This was a perfect place to visit peacefully with friends and also very comfortable for husband and I to sleep . Everything was exactly as outlined in ad and the place was comfy and cozy , we look forward to our next planned stay in Wichita .

Great place. Hosts were super kind and accommodating! Pool/Hot tub was a huge hit. The treats were a nice touch they my family loved! Highly recommend.

We had a last minute trip to Wichita and decided this was a better option than a hotel. The house was well done with a huge backyard space. As they are also pet friendly. We spent a lot of time outside with the dog. Was a much better option than a few hotel rooms!

Toby was an amazing host, I am grateful for his hospitality and the opportunity to stay in this space. We loved staying in this little apartment and felt right at home. 10/10 overall, I would stay here again.

The host were very accommodating and the place was very comfortable. If you want to bring your pet, you need to know that it is in the country and on a farm, so monitoring your pet and keep their paws clean can be a hassle. I did have an issue with my dog, but I communicated immediately with the hosts, and they worked with me to make it right.

this is the third time we have stayed here and it serves our needs perfectly. Jessica is also very accommodating when it comes to our pets. We hope to continue staying here twice yearly for many years to come.

Wonderful place to stay for a large or extended family. We were in town because we had a family member as a patient at St Francis. This house was the perfect place to retreat to each day for some R&R. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We couldn't get the Kureig to work so they brought over a new one. Highly recommend this fabulous house.

My son & I came to town for the NCAA tournament. All hotels were booked or were way overpriced. We found this house for a very reasonable price for 3 nights & it was a 5-10 minute drive to downtown & was centrally located to other areas of town we wanted to see. The checkin was super easy. A keypad on the front door that I had the code for 48 hours in advance. The home was clean & comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. I would stay here again.

This was the perfect space to spend time with family, many rooms to hang out in. Love the space in the kitchen and the dinner room table was great for a family meal and game night. The record room was awesome and relaxing with a view of the TV 🥰 the loft room upstairs was perfect for teenage girls to primp in the bath room and have their own space. Everything you need to get away with a family. The location is close to downtown so many fun things to do, check out the Saturday Outdoor Market n antique/thrift stores 😍 the back yard was beautiful with lights n picnic table but we had a perfect rainy weekend. The beds are so comfortable and peaceful. Front porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee and hanging out. Highly recommend, Eric was quick to answer and accommodate our needs.

Great stay will definitely stay there again when in town.
