Tropical apartment with beautiful pool only steps away from the ocean. Owners live on the property. Our goal is to maintain your privacy while being close to help with any of your needs. There may be a chance you will share the pool area with other guests or owners. If you have a pet, please inquire before booking. Our Border Collie Jax, can be picky about the friends who visit him. Interested in fishing, diving, or island hopping? We have a boat available to take you out for an additional fee.

Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!

We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.

When you stay at our downtown beach side retreat you will be close to everything cocoa beach has to offer. With the beach and local restaurants just steps away you will have plenty of options to enjoy your vacation . In addition to beach activities Cocoa Beach country club is home to a 27 hole course . There is also a tennis facility and swimming pool located at the country club all is open to the public for a fee. Kayaking and fishing on the Banana river is only a mile away also.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac for a comfortable night sleep! Private entrance & parking for two vehicles. We will be happy to provide free shuttle service to & from cruise terminal; schedule permitting. Arrangements for leaving your car can be made.
