FABULOUS VIEWS! Our centrally located City Cabin guesthouse is situated next to our home in one of Seattle's iconic neighborhoods, steps from Lake Union. Houseboats, nearby markets, coffee shops, restaurants, and seaplane tours. 1 small bedroom w/full bed, and a low ceiling loft w/Queen bed. Off street parking for small car, 400mbps Wifi, Fire Stick, portable AC unit, patio with umbrella, and chairs. No pets, parties, smoking, or loud outside cell phone usage, please. Not suitable for children.

Recently refurbished house, peacekeeping in cozy and urban-rural districts, walking to Lake Sammamish State Park for hiking trails, near I-90 to Seattle. Close to Issaquah Highland. Costco and Fred Meyer are two-minute drives. There are two full baths, a kitchen, and a dining area with a mountain view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus an outdoor space with a barbeque grill. Enjoy hiking, running! the Internet speed is 220 Mbps (another AirBnB NEXT DOOR, zoom in on the map to view :)

KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.
