Explore Capitol Hill from a Roomy Apartment

This en-suite is located on the lower level of a newly renovated Victorian home, with a private side entrance and easy key less system. Natural light brightens this space, which includes full kitchen and laundry. Recently updated colors and new furnishings, including two very comfortable queen beds and a kitchen table with four chairs. The location is outstanding; close to tasty eateries and fun night life but a few streets away from the noise and parking challenges sometimes associated with Capitol Hill. 850sq ft space with radiant heat and full bathroom, which includes a bath tub and shower. Guests have a private side entrance with key less system, private full bathroom, private en-suite kitchen, and private laundry. Great for rental cars: unlike a lot of Seattle and especially Capitol Hill, the street has ample parking that is free and without permit required. Separate thermostat for climate control. I travel quite a deal but also work from home and make time for guests if they would like more interaction. I am relaxed about this but do enjoy meeting new people. There is a key less entry system that makes it easy to coordinate arrival and departure. I love Seattle and am enthusiastic about offering suggestions for local eateries and experiences to enjoy. The house is on a tree-lined street in the prominent Capitol Hill neighborhood. Volunteer and Interlaken parks are merely blocks away. Feeling peckish? There are many options for great food and drink within a 15-minute walk. Bus drivers are friendly and the #10 & #12 buses depart 1 & 3 blocks away, respectively, for prominent points, like Pike/Pine Corridor (6 minute bus ride) or Pike Place Market (20 minute bus ride). Finally, the #43 also leaves nearby and is a ten minute bus to the University of Washington campus. UberX is alive and well on Capitol Hill, with an average fare to Broadway or Pike/Pine about $5 and $10 to downtown. Of course there are regular cabs, bike-share and driving options. If you will have a car the street in front of the house plenty of parking. I'm happy to offer more clarity if you have questions - please ask prior to booking. In addition to the two queen beds, if you may need more room, there are two additional bedrooms in the main/shared part of the house with a separate Air bnb listing. I can usually make most things work - let me know your needs and I will try to accommodate you.

Gorgeous Home, Spectacular View

Look no further than this fantastic property. The property is conveniently located 5-10 minutes from Capitol Hill and downtown Seattle. Perfect for college football fans you can walk to the stadium. Welcome to Dewey Place! A clean and bright 2 bedroom unit just steps from the Arboretum and lively Madison St, with some of the best locally-owned restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. You're booking the ground level of our home. The space is entirely private with separate entrances. The kitchenette is small, but has everything you need for a long weekend! Please read our amazing reviews. Note: The bathroom has a clawfoot tub, which might be difficult for those with mobility constraints.

*Please read our note in its entirety* This gem is walking distance to everything Capitol Hill has to offer, as well as the restaurants and shops in Madison Valley. Montlake and University District are also just minutes away by car. Sitting right on the bus line, you have plenty of options to travel by feet, bus, bikes, or cars. Street parking is plentiful right by the house with no time limits. You’ll have everything you need in this urban oasis (especially that wine bottle opener!)

A cozy private living area, kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator), bedroom and bath. Located in Madison Valley, across the street from the Arboretum, the unit has a separate garden entrance with ample street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Major bus lines only 4 blocks away take you to Capitol Hill, Downtown, UW and the Central District in less than 20 minutes. Strong WiFi and Netflix. Perfect for 1 or 2 people - all backgrounds are welcome in my home.

Stylish & Cozy Garden Studio in Madison Valley

Centrally located in Madison Valley, this stylish garden studio is close to Lake Washington, Capitol Hill, Madison Park, Madrona, and downtown Seattle. It has a cozy queen-sized bed, a great shower, an office loft, and a small modern kitchenette that has a hotplate and cookware if you choose to eat in. Wonderful bakeries, restaurants, spas, small retail shops, and the arboretum are a couple of walkable blocks away. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome anyone!
