Views! Lake House Suite on beautiful Lake Tapps with hot tub. Relax on the patio take in the beauty of this park like setting, the lake, bald eagles, hot air balloons & boaters on the lake. The suite is below the main residence and has its own private entry & self check in. The lake suite will sleep up to 4 guests. Suite Includes 1 bedroom, living room with a queen sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, patio w/gas grill. Wander down to the lake for a dip or sit back and enjoy the sunset!

Create lasting memories with family and friends in this idyllic setting. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use for our guests, but please read the rules carefully. Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.

Spacious studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Renton or Issaquah. Queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. In the summer, enjoy shared lake access with kayaks, floaties and fishing in our stocked lake. Firepit available, wood not provided. ***While legally I understand that service animals must be accommodated, I would respectfully request you look elsewhere if you have a service animal as we suffer from severe allergies.
