As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the attractions. There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and or Mt. Views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

This suite features three skylights in the main area, flooding the space with natural light, with an additional skylight in the bathroom. The space includes a kitchenette with a quaint dining area. Relax in the king-size bed outfitted with luxurious linens, ideal for unwinding as you watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. This unit offers a love seat that unfolds to reveal a comfortable twin bed for an additional guest. This room does not allow pets.

A small property of 15 condos, with onsite parking. Pet are welcomed: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip This charming upstairs studio offers a comfortable queen size bed, kitchenette, cable HDTV with On Demand and BlueRay player, DVDs and an e-fireplace, too!
