WOW! Talk about a view! You can't help but smile when you walk through the front door and see the amazing view of the ocean. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything and more that you could possibly want/need. I will definitely stay here again, it was amazing!

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

My friends and I visited from Portland for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time at Max's place! The location is fantastic - easy to find and a quick two minute walk to the beach - and the house itself is charming and cozy. The fireplace was a hit, especially in the chilly evenings or after taking a dip in the freezing ocean. It warmed up the top level and we were comfortable the whole time. Check in was easy, there was plenty of space for our party of four, and we loved it. I absolutely recommend staying at Max's place!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

Malia's place is perfectly located across the street from the beach (we hardly ever heard/saw traffic since its near the end of the road). Its flooded with sunlight and relaxing in the hot tub after cold dips in the ocean was a treat. Everything was cozy and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I came down from Washington to relax. Been really busy at work so we were looking forward to getting away. What a fantastic place. We have a mini Australian Shepherd. Totally enjoyed ourselves. I was relaxing upstairs looking out the window at the ocean, about 2 hours later I woke up. It was truly incredible to be that relaxed. Nobody was on the beach so I was able to let my dog run for a bit. Great places to grab some food close by. They had an excellent smoke house right down the street with great stuff if you like smoked meats and fish. A bakery that made me gain 5 lbs too. We will be back. Thank you.

The place was perfect for our group of 2 moms, 4 young kids, and a dog! The house is set up with 2 different spaces so be prepared for that. It worked great for our 2 families and pet. The main house was set with amenities like dog beds, condiments, and all the towels you could need. The main house was comfortable with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The upstairs tub is jetted and everyone enjoyed it! The 2nd house has a queen bunk bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. We really enjoyed the deck and walking right to the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous place, beautiful sights. Amazing house. Loved the early check in and late check out. We will definitely stay here again if available. Easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed watching the weather and having a fire.

We had a great time at this location! a block from the beach, had all amenities to make great meals, lovely outdoor spaces, clean and private. Marshall was extremely helpful/responsive with a keypad issue. highly recommended!

We traveled from Montana with another family to adventure the area during our kids spring break. The house accommodated everyone (8 people) very well! We were able cook meals here often and take in the ocean views. Very quick walk (across a busy street) to the beach. The beds are super comfy and having 3 full bathrooms was a plus. This house was exactly what we needed!

We had a wonderful stay! My kid absolutely loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom had a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. It was such a thoughtful touch to have kids’ books and toys available, they kept our little one happily engaged. The home was immaculately maintained, and we truly appreciated the clean, high-quality sheets and bath towels. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time with our family. We would definitely love to come back for a future stay!

We had a really nice stay. The location was excellent. Loved the short walk to the beach and town. The golf course and park being on either side made for a peaceful setting. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. My husband and I traveled with my folks and our two teens - 6 humans and 2 dogs total. It was the max capacity for the home but very comfortable and a great setup.

lovely home, loved the big bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. there is alot of stairs which after a long day of walking kinds tucked but loved that I was separate from the other bedrooms. kitchen had everything you would need, including some spices in the cupboard. lots of games, flash lights and binoculars which I thought was great. Instructions say to put recycling in the garage, sadly as soon as you open the door you do smell alot alot of chemicals. she does let you know about ants so we just made sure to clean up every time we ate and were very careful but still there were ants through out the house. I am not sure about the beds down stairs but up stairs bed is firm which was fine first night but I have horrible back issues so I didn't sleep well the rest of my stay, but honestly I did love the place so I would stay again :). She provides laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher pods. would have loved to have had coffee, but for the price can't beat it. Will be back

The house was very nice. Everything was very clean, well equipped and modern. There was a lot of space for many people, you could bring your kids, and you can have a fire pit outside. Brett responded fast and there was no issues with him. I would recommend this place to everyone. This women’s retreat would not have been possible without this place and Brett. We will be back!

We spent a week at Jeff and Cathy’s home, shortly after check in we were greeted by Jeff with a thoughtful welcome gift! The home was very cozy and comfortable, all the amenities of home. The view was one of the best features! We saw deer everyday and everything was so peaceful. We definitely will stay here again and possibly for even longer.

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house. It must have the most wonderful views in town. We hope to come back.

My family and I enjoyed the house, the beds were super comfortable, the hot tub area was cute, it had a little bit of everything for everyone

The place was fantastic. Steve was very responsive if anything came up. We coordinated sorting out some Internet service issues. It all went well and got corrected. The place was clean. Location was beautiful. We had a great time and no complaints! We would visit again.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

Great seaside place! Worth a visit for sure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We really liked the layout of the place and it’s in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the main road. The large sectional in the main living area was comfortable and a great area to relax. The (king) bed was also comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, though we didn’t find a few key essentials like olive oil, salt/pepper for cooking. The fenced in backyard was a wonderful perk for our 2 dogs. It was a short walk (~5 min) to beach access which was nice. We look forward to staying again!

Our stay at Sandra's house in Rockaway was wonderful. The house was clean and very well stocked (we kept being pleasantly surprised at how many "extras" we found, from all of the kids toys and books, to board games, to s'mores fixin's and even a sound machine in one of the bedrooms!). It definitely felt like a home away from home and you can tell that Sandra puts a lot of care into hosting. The location was perfect too - close to the beach, close to playgrounds and right across the street from the main strip. We didn't have to drive anywhere during our 3-day stay. Even though the house was located in the middle of it all, it was nice and quiet inside. My kids loved that the train went right by the house and they could wave to the passengers from the front yard! Sandra was a very helpful and welcoming host. If our travels bring us back to Rockaway, we would definitely stay here again!

Tim and Frances’s place was great we booked last minute as we had some extra people show up to a retreat we were hosting at the coast so we had to switch gears and they were very accommodating. The place is really great for 2 people or two couples or a larger family. We didn’t use the sofa beds but the beds were comfy, shower/bathroom was clean and nice and the kitchen is perfect for a cozy yet open place with great appliances and plenty of fridge space. If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend booking with them!

We had the best time and felt right at home. The home was spacious and geared towards anyone and all different needs. Singles, family or friends. The beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in and the comforters/blankets were so cozy. The hot tub was the perfect addition to our stay. The walk to the beach was great or you can drive and park close if you had too much to carry. We did both. Jonathan had everything we needed to go to the beach as well. Chairs, towels and a bag to carry. We also loved the location because it’s about a 30 min drive to Cannon and beaches to hit along the way. We would definitely book here again!
