Amazing Seabright Beach Cottage

Classic and sweet Santa Cruz cottage. This is literally our Grandma's beach house. 3 bedroom home that is 2 doors away from one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs and 1 full downstairs. Could be described as "shabby chic" but we see it as the adorable original rustic vacation house it was built as and has been its whole 130 years. The kitchen is updated but maintains it's old charm. The rest (aside from the addition of indoor plumbing) is still pretty much the same.

Cozy 1-Bedroom duplex in Seabright

Walk to Boardwalk, beach and restaurants. One bedroom duplex located in lower Seabright is cozy and clean. Everything you will need including washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, etc. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of storage to unpack. There is a twin sofa sleeper in the living room. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. We do not host pets. We only host guests with positive host ratings.

Newly remodeled; beautifully furnished; fully stocked gourmet kitchen; tiled bathroom; hardwood floors; WiFi, cable. No pets. Easy street parking. Note: The Transient Occupancy tax for rentals less than 30 days in Santa Cruz is 14%. This additional charge will be added to your total due, upon acceptance of your booking request.

Rustic Modern 1 BR in Sunny Seabright

Our Seabright Beach place has been in the family for over 50 years. A recent remodel brings the space up to date with our goal to make it especially comfortable and light, a retreat where you will be able to relax after a day of adventure, riding the Big Dipper, wine/beer tasting or beach fun. Sleep in a comfy king size bed in a room with room darkening window coverings. The sofa has a pull out queen size bed. Also, we have a fold out bed in the bedroom closet.

Private small cozy 1 br/1ba bungalow. This space boasts a taste of Latin American beach, Spanish tile floors and wood furniture. Kitchenette with an induction burner and xl toaster oven (no range) , full size fridge, private patio seating, umbrella, tropical plants. Bathroom with a small shower. Curtained off bedroom with full closet, queen bed. Living room has day bed/couch with twin mattress for 3rd guest. Plz read “other details to note” before booking.

Seabright Cottages

The one-bedroom cottage is a peaceful retreat, nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. It is an 8-minute walk to the sunny Seabright Beach and close to all that is Santa Cruz. The sunny living room and private garden are great places to chill. It is a two-block walk to several excellent restaurants. We provide two beach cruisers, and it is less than a mile ride to either downtown Santa Cruz or the Marina. So park your car and have some fun.
