Completely private In-law unit with extras needed to make it cozy. Snuggled between Scotts Valley, Felton, and Santa Cruz it's near Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, 1440 Multiversity, and Mount Hermon Conference Center yet less than an hour from Silicon Valley. Rustic Modern 1 BR in Sunny Seabright

Our Seabright Beach place has been in the family for over 50 years. A recent remodel brings the space up to date with our goal to make it especially comfortable and light, a retreat where you will be able to relax after a day of adventure, riding the Big Dipper, wine/beer tasting or beach fun. Sleep in a comfy king size bed in a room with room darkening window coverings. The sofa has a pull out queen size bed. Also, we have a fold out bed in the bedroom closet.
