Dog Friendly Retro Bungalow across from Beach

This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

Bathroom/kitchen remodel 2017. Private patio, non-smoking, full kitchen. Private beach access just steps away. FYI- I am usually very fast at responding- but call for immediate assistance. No pets please. AirBnB does not collect SPI and County Hotel and Occupancy tax of 11% that's why the mngt fee.

City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.
