Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. Havens Neck "Barn" designed by San Francisco architect David Crimmins. rustic on the exterior, fits the forest setting. The modern interior has 11'-0" open beam ceilings and heated concrete floors. West of Highway 1 located near Anchor Bay. Warm & Wind-protected. Filtered blue water views. **please note: the wood-burning hot tub is not currently operational (photo only for front yard views)
