When you enter the home, you will be immediately taken by the panoramic ocean views from Atlantic City to Avalon. This well-appointed home, from chef’s kitchen Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, to the Serena and Lily bedding, to the coastal / modern furniture, provides you and your family a welcoming environment. This unique gem is located in the heart of Townsend Inlet. Just one block away, you have access to public bathrooms, a pavilion and playground for you to enjoy during your beach visits. We are also located just a short walking distance from popular spots like Hank’s Sauce, Sunset Pier, The Dunes, Scoops, Shore Break cafe, shops and so much more! Built in the early 1900’s, our Seaside Cottage has plenty of character! From our large yard and spacious home there’s plenty to enjoy for all!

Located on the quiet south end of Ocean City. Two minute walking distance to the beach. On-site parking. Additional notes: Year-round owner on-site in downstairs condo. This home is ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours after 10pm. No pets. *Minimum rental age of 25 years old.
