This unique gem is located in the heart of Townsend Inlet. Just one block away, you have access to public bathrooms, a pavilion and playground for you to enjoy during your beach visits. We are also located just a short walking distance from popular spots like Hank’s Sauce, Sunset Pier, The Dunes, Scoops, Shore Break cafe, shops and so much more! Built in the early 1900’s, our Seaside Cottage has plenty of character! From our large yard and spacious home there’s plenty to enjoy for all!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach block condo. Hit the beach all day and enjoy downtown sea isle at night. 81 steps to beach! One block from center of town. Newly renovated!The location is so perfect you won’t have to move your car from our free parking spot all week no matter what you choose to do on the island. Also, shared deck on the side of the condo, great for morning coffee or to sit and listen to the music from the local pubs!

This home is ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours after 10pm. No pets. *Minimum rental age of 25 years old.

OASIS Stone Harbor for 12 People + Pool

OASIS Stone Harbor is an authentic "vintage chic" beach house, that is just a block from the ocean and a quick walk or bike ride into town, and it's pet friendly. The OASIS experience is great all summer and as an off-season “retreat” to re-energize mind, body, and spirit. Get your toes in the sand! **NO POOL HEATING FEES!** Our house is a coastal home with a spectacular enclosed in-ground pool, situated beach front directly on the Delaware Bay with unobstructed water views. Private access to the beach is down a short set of steps from the house. The fully enclosed heated Viking in-ground pool with retractable roof has a water slide and allows use of pool year round. From kitchen to beach toys, the house is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible!

Golf and Beach getaway! Relax at this peaceful, cozy home in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood. Sea Isle and Avalon beaches are only minutes away. Enjoy golf courses, wineries, breweries, driving range, mini golf and many other activities close by. And just a short drive to Cape May, Ocean City and Atlantic City. Or gather the family in the large secluded screened porch for meals and quiet nights after a day on the beach. So many choices for a memorable vacation!
