JUNE 2025: LAKE IS FULL. Lake levels drop in August. Cabin at Lake Vera is a 600 sq ft cabin located in the old campgrounds of Camp Watanda. The cabin has been updated for use as a vacation rental. Our site is only a few minutes from town but sits within the forested area providing you with a wonderful outdoor experience. It's only a 1 min walk to the lake with partial lake views from the cabin. Canoes and kayaks provided. 2 day min, 3 day min for any Holiday creating a 3-day weekend.

Baby Bear's Cottage w/ hot tub.

Enjoy our comfortable one bedroom log cabin (King bed), with kitchenette, patio with waterfall and private hot tub. 3.5 mi. from the Yuba River with many deep pools, and huge warm boulders. 3 mi. from downtown Nevada City, live theatre, music, art, fine dining and boutique shopping. There is spotty cell service, but you can text via wifi. If you need a fast strong connection please consider that this may not be the place for you. Note: Waterfall can be heard inside cabin.
