I am only a few minutes from a local park and right across the street from our towns walking and biking path! I own and operate several coffee shops around town and am renting out a few of my available rooms. I have 3 cats and a small lap dog that are very friendly but are kept out of the rented spaces. Kitchen use is open to you whenever!
