Mountain Riverfront Farm

Peaceful country setting on a river with excellent fishing, hiking, swimming, tubing or just relaxing opportunities. Listen to the calming sounds of the river flowing or the livestock grazing in the pastures. Family friendly private secluded location near the Mendota trail head. Over a mile of river frontage to explore with the fishing pole, or you can break out the swimming gear and go tubing from one end of the property to the other. The property is 40 minutes from Bristol, VA and Abingdon.

Dungannon Loft

Nestled in the quiet Town of Dungannon, VA & alongside the Clinch River is the 'Dungannon Loft'. This property was the original Fire Station for the Town up until circa 1980. It also served as the 'town hall' for a period of time. The town is rich in Irish history, being named after Dungannon Ireland. There are numerous great hikes & river floats within minutes of the property. The ever-popular Devil's bathtub is minutes away. There are also many great river floats along the Clinch.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Our cozy bardyard cottage offers many hiking trails within a 15 mile radius such as: Devils Bathtub, little Stoney falls and guest river gorge. Natural tunnel state park and bark camp lake within 15 mile radius. While visiting bark camp lake you can’t miss the hike on high knob to the tower. Bristol race track is 23 miles from the cottage. Full RV hookup as well We are pet friendly with a $75 charge when you make your reservation.

This is a rustic, no frills, outdoors type listing for nature enthusiasts. If these conditions are bothersome please do not book.
