Very quiet and relaxing and the room was very clean. I like the area because there wasn’t a whole lot of traffic and it was easy to get in and out. I will definitely stay there again.

This is an excellent location for the price. It’s not fancy or flashy, but it seems quite private and clean. It had everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Davenport. The host was excellent at describing how to get it, listing expectations, and timely in their response. There’s a cute little coffee shop very close by and lots of parking available. I would definitely recommend this place.

I love this place and would stay there again. I like the location and it’s very quiet there. Great view of the river and I’d be willing to bet that it is a lot of fun in the summer. Thanks again for letting me stay.

I gave 5 stars for everything and I mean it! To start off our trip, Lou was flexible and let us check in 2.5 hours early. Lou also was consistently responsive and helpful. The apartment was cute and cozy, matching every description given. Also, this was a great location in Clinton. We travelled a lot and didn’t stay at our apartment often, but went to 392 Cafe twice (delightful). We also visited the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium. So fun! We took a scenic route down the river and saw 3 bald eagles as well! In summary: this was a great deal with a great host. If we’re back in Clinton, we’d definitely book again.

This place was perfect for what we needed on our stay. The room was similar to a hotel room set up and had a great price for the amenities!

Our family loved the peaceful, relaxing setting of Miguel's house. The river views are beautiful to wake up to and the house is very well stocked with anything you could need--especially the kitchen. Also, Miguel made certain there was plenty of dry firewood for us to enjoy the fireplace. We will love to book again and return next winter.

It was a great place to lay our heads after a long day of riding bikes.

We have stayed at Teresa’s house a few times now and we love how homey it is. Everything is clean and always has great communication. Close to shops and beautiful view of the water. Highly recommend!

What a cute and cozy place that was spotless, adorably decorated and absolutely the perfect place! I rented this for my daughter’s low key bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more amazing. LeClaire, Iowa is a cute town with lots of shops, restaurants, breweries, bars and more all within walking distance. The house has two wraparound decks which overlook the main street where you can sit outside and watch people walk by while sipping on a cocktail and chatting. Kim was an amazing and sweet host. She was very helpful, great communication and quick to respond when I had a question. BOOK IT - you will not be disappointed! This is the second time we’ve used Sheila’s place. It’s a beautiful home with a beautiful view. It worked great for our group of 9. Her home is very comfortable and clean. It definitely feels like a home away from home!

We enjoyed the spacious house and plenty of supplies. Great downtown location in small town. We felt safe and comfortable. Parking is limited to two cars in driveway but a huge parking lot immediately beside house allowed for our extra vehicles. Wonderful deck and plenty of seating, enjoyed the river and sunset views. Easy access to walking path and restaurants.
