Welcome to our little piece of paradise. (Important: you must climb a ladder to access the Queen Bed). We are secluded, but close to all the restaurants and businesses. Our guest house has a gas fireplace, full bath, and a loft bedroom with a library ladder for access to the loft. We welcome travelers from all walks of life and enjoy sharing our knowledge and Appalachian hospitality. Unwind with nature and beautiful views, let the crickets and frogs lull you to sleep, and enjoy Mother Nature.

Welcome to Green Acres! Take a break and unwind at this peaceful country setting nestled on 145 acres of land. Enjoy fishing or kayaking in the pond, relaxing in the hot tub, s’mores on the fire pit, and the scenic view from the front porch. We welcome you to enjoy all that Green Acres has to offer. This remodeled home in Wheelersburg is the perfect peaceful retreat, nestled on a quiet dead-end street. Mamaw’s Place

Relax with the entire family tucked away in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in the rolling hills of the Ohio River Valley. Enjoy the large front and backyard, pool, sunroom, and game room. Boat ramps that enter into the Ohio River and Kinniconick Creek (that leads to the river) are just a few miles away. You are within a 15 minute drive to gather any supplies/needed groceries. As owners we can be available for any issue or concerns within minutes.

Serenity in the Hills

Forget your worries and enjoy a peaceful retreat in the foot hills of the Appalachian Mountains. Hike at the nearby state parks and nature preserves. Visit the museums and fine restaurants in Portsmouth and Waverly. Enjoy that first morning cup of coffee watching beautiful sunrises from the spacious deck. Watch calves and horses frolic in the pastures. Observe numerous species of wildlife: deer, birds, squirrels, rabbits, quail, and the occasional coyote.

Country Farm House

Bring the whole family to this peaceful place with lots of room for fun. This Country Farm House features 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to 15 people. Plenty of room to hold a family event/gathering. Relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway in a country/farm setting while watching the cows, wild deer and turkeys roam around the property. Full game room/play room in the basement equipped with movies, video games, board games, and ping pong table.

We would love to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven at The Farm Inn. We have created a cozy little home like atmosphere inside our newly built barn on our 80+ acre farm in Pike County, Ohio. We love the peaceful evenings by the fire soaking up the stars & enjoy the wildlife surprises. It's VERY common to see whitetail deer grazing in our hay fields. We do have WiFi!
