La casa dei sogni, indimenticabili sensazioni

Mobili stile liberty , pavimenti in maiolica della seconda metà dell'800 e cotto fiorentino, tetti a botte in pietra, alcova del '700 con portale in pietra. In pieno centro storico di Ragusa vicino la Cattedrale di San Giovanni. La casa 50 metri quadri. Entrati nella casa farete un tuffo nel passato. Quando riposerete dentro l'alcova( luogo di tenera intimità, di indimenticabili sensazioni) sognerete di essere tra il XVII e il XVIII secolo nel Barocco Siciliano del Val di Noto Patrimonio Unesco.

Pure nature of sicilian countryside is what offers our charming house while being very close to the town and seaside. The house is 'eco-orientated' and offers a confortable lifestyle while keeping it's touch of 'campagna' origin. From the rooftop you can enjoy amazing views over the sea and wonderful sunsets. We have our own source of drinkable water, naturally filtered and analyzed, vegetables growing, fresh eggs and solar.Two bedroom with queensize beds and lots of magic in the air :) welcome!

Casa Giagantini con Terrazza

Casa Giagantini è situata in pieno centro storico in una caratteristica stradina a pochi passi da Piazza Italia, al secondo piano di un edificio privato dei primi anni '50. La casa è costituita da due camere da letto (matrimoniale e letto singolo), cucina, bagno e terrazzo privato per i momenti di relax. La cucina è allestita per poter cucinare liberamente o per la colazione. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi.

La stanza totalmente indipendente provvista di bagno privato e angolo cottura, situata tra mandorli e ulivi , contornata da bellissime passeggiate con vista sugli Iblei e a soli 5 km da oasi marine spettacolari. 10 km cava grande del Cassibile.La località è inoltre ubicata al centro delle più belle città d’arte della Sicilia orientale . Etna poco distante . Possibile prenotare cene semplici realizzate con prodotti locali. Possibile uso di argilla e forno per realizzare oggetti in terracotta.

Con piscina ad acqua salata, e una vista unica sul mare e sulla vallata del fiume Irminio, Casina Lanterne 2 è uno dei due monolocali vicini e speculari di 32mq ciascuno. Al piano terra con ingresso indipendente si apre la cucina soggiorno con divano-letto, piano cottura a induzione, stufa a legna e bagno. Il soppalco accoglie il letto matrimoniale e offre la possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo. La cucina esterna, la zona barbecue, la piscina, doccia e bagno esterno sono di uso comune.

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.
