Located in the small town of Ponderay, it’s just a 5 min drive to the Red Barn park and ride or 25 min drive to Schweitzer Mountain Village for skiing, snowboarding, hiking or mountain biking. The quaint town of Sandpoint, with local shops and restaurants, is a 5 min drive or a 15 min bike ride. The Bay Trail, a 1.5 mile off-leash gravel trail along Lake Pend Oreille, is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
