LOCATION The apartment is located in the middle of Vienna’s most popular design and fashion district. Nearby are the Museumsquartier, Hofburg, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Natural History Museum, the Ringstrasse with its historical buildings, Viennese coffee houses, bars and a multitude of shops. The city center is within walking distance (20 minutes) or accessible by subway in just a few minutes. • Centrally located in the 7th district of Vienna’s fashion, design and museums quarter • 5 minutes to the subway station: Volkstheater (U3, U2) • 2 stops from there to Stephansplatz, the city center • Ground Floor apartment • Orientated to a quiet inner courtyard APARTMENT The 40 sqm apartment for 2 persons has been newly redesigned and is both very quiet and bright. The apartment is non smoking only, but has a peaceful inner courtyard for sitting (and smoking) outside. AMENITIES • Fully furnished • Cable TV and unlimited wireless • Fully equipped kitchen • Bathroom with large shower • Utility room with washing machine • Fresh towels and bed linen You have your own apartment and the sitting place in the coutyard in front of your apartment is only for you. I live and work in the same house. So if you have any questions, I am very close! The apartment is in the 7th District, Vienna’s popular design and fashion neighborhood. Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Lovely nest - one step from Schönbrunn and ZOO!

I`m happy to host you in my lovely, sunny flat, just beside SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE. To the Gardens of the Schönbrunn Palace you will walk only 3 Min. Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!
